My sister used to … My sister used to listen to Paul Revere and the Raiders back in the ’60s. Now I know why she won’t admit it and pretends like she only listened to Frank Zappa. Arizona is no doubt a great state, but this song sure isn’t.

I lived in AZ from … I lived in AZ from 1986 – 1999, I am SUPER UPSET WITH MY WIFE AND SHE KNOWS IT. She had us move and realizes the mistake.
We are moving back in 5 years.
AZ is a diverse state and a lot of people don’t know. I was raised in Colorado, NEVER SNOW SKIED. Where did I learn? Sunrise, yes, AZ. I Never did any outdoors stuff, fish or hunt, where did I learn? AZ.
AZ is the best from A to Z.

Mark is on-air Sat … Mark is on-air Sat nites in Seattle. He also has his own restaurant just opened there. Think he may now do his radio program from the restaurant?? He is STILL GOING STRONG. A net search will yield all his info in Seattle. Cheers.

I remember being a … I remember being a teen in Texas listening to this song on the great AM radio stations KOMA out of Oklahoma City and KTSA out of San Antonio. I lived in a very small Texas town and not many people listened to rock there. Those stations only came in on my little transistor radio very late at night. Thank you for bringing back my childhood!

We moved to Arizona … We moved to Arizona in 1969 when I was just 6 years old. This song brings back wonderful memories of my childhood. I think the early 70′s were the funnest part of my life. Thank you for posting this song.
