As a Steelers fan… I don’t like to say this but without those gajillion calls on Arizona we might not have won. But I’m so glad I live in 6-Burgh, and kudos again to Arizona and I’m those referees were outta their minds.

when the steelers won it was skill not luck. keeping both feet in for the touch down and making the grab was all skill no luck. also ben had a great throw that connected and that was all skill too. So i have to say the cardinals just got beat because the steelers are a skilled team.

The refs made all the right calls and that last drive was pure skill the catch and throw was very nice and you cant win the super bowl with luck.

i love how everybody in the nation is up fitzgerolds and just finding out he good he really is.ive known how good he is since he played at pitt.he was robbed of the heisman,and everybody in pittsburgh loves him because he made the craziest catches while playing at pitt.i love him too,hes the only good player that the cards have.but thank god the steelers pulled it out,everyone in pittsburgh would hate fitzgerold if we wouldnt have won.

, the refs seemed pretty even in my opinion.
Even if they weren’t, a good team wouldn’t let a ref’s calls get in the way. A GOOD team would get around the bad calls. I’m not dissin the Cards when I say that, because the refs, IMO, were pretty fair.

You sound kind of bitter man. Many NFL franchises are copying the Steeler model because it’s the winning model. And unlike the Pats we don’t have to resort to cheating to win championships. Though cheating didn’t help you guys last year. Steelers had the toughest schedule in 08 and it was only poetic justice that they won it all.

I don’t know who your team is but you sure are one bitter dude (must be a raven or a brown). Far from it being tarnished, it’s one of the best SB’s ever by early media accounts. I tend to agree with them. When you’re on top someone’s always going to be whining about the refs. Cardinals lost because they played worse not because the refs had it in for them.

Now that was classy PsytranceUploads. Why can’t other non Steeler fans be like you? I agree the Cards gave us more than we cared for or expected especially the way the first half ended. I umed that pick six was a dagger to the ribs, not quite the heart but pretty close. Then we moved the ball well in the third qtr and looked like we were putting the game away! Surprise, surprise. The last Fitzgerald TD got me sober real quick!
