@4skin . cops can pull people over for any stupid reason. why don’t people understand this. there are some cops who are going to look at a person who looks illegal, then pull them over for obstruction of view due to something hanging from their rear view mirror. and harass the person . reasonable cause can be ANYTHING. that is the scary part about this law. I would really like to think that cops would never pull a person over because of how they look , but the is not reality.

“Reasonable suspision” is open to interpretation on any officer’s part… so how do you “reasonably suspect” a person is illegal just by looking at them on the street? I want you or anyone else here to DESCRIBE what an ILLEGAL MEXICAN, CANADIAN, VIETNAMESE, POLISH, or AFRICAN looks like! (BE REAL ABOUT YOUR ANSWER) There is something called DUE PROCESS and random stops are not a legal part of that process. Illegal immigration needs to stopped at the border NOT randomly on the streets!

@Shellback1971 YES on this post & YES on your other well documented & factual post.
Love the Judge — but SIR — you are wrong on this one.
    We’re taking our country BACK!
God bless America & all that love, serve & defend her – spreading freedom around the world!

    Boycotts work BOTH WAYS!
Boycott all Latino biz that protest Arizonas law that 70% of their people support.
Boycott all congressional reps that call for boycott biz in their areas, like Rep Serrano in the Bronx.
Better Business has lists of companies. Start calling & letting your voice be heard.
Till District of Corruption gets itself in order — the states have the right to protect we the people of those states. STAY OUT OF OUR BIZ WASHINGTON!
    NONE OF YOUR BIZ!

Good lord when will people understand that all of this is not about illegal immigration!

It’s about applying the RFID chip on all U.S. citizens.
Don’t you get it first they find a “bad guy” like the illegal immigrants, then they say the only way you will be protected is if you get a national ID with a microchip that has all of your information including 10 finger fingerprints, health information, pretty much all of your life on that chip.

The TWIC card is already forced on all port workers.

Fuck YOU, AUSCHWITZona! YOUR papers are not in order!

  9. Shellback1971 on May 18th, 2010 10:20 am

@Shellback1971 Is this the same FDR who refused to allow a 100s of jews trying to escape Nazi Germany stay in the United States?
Is this the same FDR who put Americans of Japanese ancestory in concentration camps during WWII?
Is this the same FDR who wanted to create a new “bill of rights” in the 1944 general election?
Because of these are some of the reasons FDR is considered a DICTATOR.

  10. Shellback1971 on May 18th, 2010 10:30 am

@tyrionoutrider When you state FDR, Is that Franklin D Roosevelt.
Is this the same FDR who CAUSED the great depression?
Is this the same FDR who tried to pack the U S Supreme Court with Liberal Judges?
Is this the same FDR ran for and was elected President four times? ( Which was contrary to a tradition that was started By George Washington.
Is this the same FDR who made it illegal for Americans to own gold?
Is this the same FDR who created the ultimate scam “social security?

Using Jones argument that they have to check suspicious people who look illegal, what should the US do about tea partyers who might look dangerous, especially if they happen to be carrying a gun? Should they not also be drilled and questioned? Jones wants a selective police state. So he’s now making a pro NWO point. Why not have dems repubs and everyone impose rules they want on others? Jones doesn’t get the concept of liberty, he’s as bad as Obama and Bush fans.

  12. ColtraneTaylor on May 18th, 2010 11:34 am

Jones goes duh duh NWO! Unite against them… BUT we’re also against illegal immigrants. Ok, but allow them to migrate lawfully just like your own ancestors did from England, Scotland, Ireland &Europe. Before you complain about them taking jobs consider how the ‘NWO’ or how about we call it the USA devastates other economies forcing them to migrate to richer countries.

  13. ColtraneTaylor on May 18th, 2010 11:39 am

Jones shows his true redneck colours in another video, talking about them taking jobs. If they’re coming in illegally, well that maybe wrong – against the law. But why not allow them to come in LEGALLY? Where’s the sense of morality there? The white Irish and Italian immigrants were also told they weren’t wanted, and now the redneck crew are happy to tell outsiders that no they’re not welcome. Why not allow them in legally?

  14. TRIPxCORE on May 18th, 2010 12:12 pm

Napolitano is one of the only smart people in positions of authority in America.

  15. SatwaMan on May 18th, 2010 12:26 pm

I suggest the judge moves to Burma or North Korea where civilization is not allowed.
    He will like it ther.

  16. the82spartans on May 18th, 2010 12:33 pm

@Gleeful31 That law is on the books in AZ.

  17. Gleeful31 on May 18th, 2010 12:40 pm

Want to stop illegal immigration? Hold the corporations hiring them accountable. I know, that would make too much sense.

  18. oscom on May 18th, 2010 12:51 pm

judge napolitano great another republican cocksuckin fox news racist.. try getting a more credible guest.

  19. 4skin on May 18th, 2010 1:19 pm

Wow, how can all that stupid fit into just 1 person? They must have probable cause! They cant pull you over because you look illegal. I know for fact this idiot has not read the bill, because if he had he wouldnt be spewing inaccurate info.
PEOPLE!!!!! HELLO?probable cause has been around for many many many many many years. Police use probable cause every day!
This law mirrors the federal goverments law.
Illegal is not a color its a crime!

    @TylerNull

Nixon (Watergate, etc.) + Ford pardon = Jimmy Carter. Though being from Georgia helped, Nixon’s “Southern Strategy” does not apply.

The election of Nixon as president (1968/1972) can be explained in two words.

    Sirhan Sirhan

Assassinations do tend to? affect elections and the course of the country – when the bravest leaders are killed.

  21. SteelMartini on May 18th, 2010 1:56 pm

Have you ever been stoped for a manufactured reason? Police can invent a excuse to stop and question people. I knew a black home installation/repair man who was stoped for driving into a white community and told to leave the area. He lost his job because he couldn’t make service calls.

  22. TylerNull on May 18th, 2010 2:22 pm

    @RonPaulGeorgeRingo

    “Southern Strategy”

What about Jimmy Carter’s (D) “Southern Strategy” in 1976, which was so effective that he won EVERY southern state except Virginia?

Nixon (R) was able to win every NORTHERN state except for Massachusetts. How the-hell is THAT a “Southern Strategy”?

Paul’ers = Democrats posing as something else.

All that you racist Democrats learned from your Jim Crow days is to go federal and use better marketing to peddle your frauds and hoaxes.

  23. TylerNull on May 18th, 2010 2:32 pm

    .
“STOPPED & QUESTIONED” — catchy mantra.

You are “stopped & questioned” by movie theatre ushers. Being stopped & questioned isn’t what makes a gov’t oppressive.

There’s a creepy mix of disjoint factions who appear to be united. There are libertarians aligning with socialists. Truthers, Paul’ers, Jones’ers and Warmers are all aligned with Democrats on war and immigration.

Are they as happy to dismantle the socialist programs, as Napolitano suggests herein, or are they just posing here too?

  24. the82spartans on May 18th, 2010 2:37 pm

Who cares about state law? NOBODY cared about Federal law so why all the hub-bub?

  25. getnick77 on May 18th, 2010 2:44 pm

Americans are required to carry ID at all times in most states, if an American travels abroad they are required to carry their passport at all times. The Arizona law requires probable cause of a crime being committed just like police officers are required to have probable cause that a crime has been committed before pulling you over in your car. This law is just as constitutional as many others we have on the books that apply to US citizens. The Judge is wrong on this one.
