Illegal is not a color its a crime!
Wow, how can all that stupid fit into just 1 person? They must have probable cause! They cant pull you over because you look illegal. I know for fact this idiot has not read the bill, because if he had he wouldnt be spewing inaccurate info.
PEOPLE!!!!! HELLO?probable cause has been around for many many many many many years. Police use probable cause every day!
This law mirrors the federal goverments law.

The only way to stop illegal immigration is to put the people who hire them in prison. You can’t build a wall high enough if they are rewarded with a job when they get here.
Arizona’s law isn’t unconstitutional, what’s unconstitutional is the federal government failing to take ever action necessary to secure our boarders and prosecute the criminals who hire these lawbreakers.
Arizona is on the front lines of this debacle and they are doing the right thing.

If you support the Arizona law, then put your money where your mouth is. Take your vacation in Arizona and let everyone know you support the new law while you’re there.
Arizona is one of the most beautiful states in the country. There’s something there for all to enjoy. If you haven’t been to the Grand Canyon yet, now is the time to go. The summers at higher elevations are very comfortable with temperatures in the eighties and very low humidity with breathtaking scenery.

80% of illegals have criminal records. That is why they come here illegally. What is so hard to get about that. KEEP THE CRIMINALS OUT OF MY TOWN!

I respect the Judge, but he comes across as extremely naive on this matter of sanctuary cities. I live in one. This crap happens all the time. Illegal gets stopped and released 9 times and then kills somebody. He needs to do his homework on this cuz right now he comes across as a little clueless.

This is a setup. Your country is going to lock you down so much that in a few years when AMERICA rebels, it will win back its freedom and demand open borders with Canada and Mexico and they will open up the Amero currency.

@opinionrated No He is in fact a God fearing, Constitution abiding American. He cares about what has happened to this country.

  22. loveusorleaveus on May 4th, 2010 9:13 pm

Illegals think they have it made but they just made it worse for themselves by taking advantage of America and Americans. The times they are a- changing. Good move Arizona. Now its time for another 49 states to get a clue.

    **WAKE-UP**
If a bill does not meet the intent of the Constitution, then that bill (statute) is void and nullified!
The bill writer(s)/approvers need to be arrested and put in Fema Camps for not following the Constitution!
The police and their “(superiors) all the way up the ladder” need to be placed under citizen’s arrest and put in Fema Camps for performing false arrests and assaults on the Citizens.

    End The Fed!!!

  24. breedofthe45 on May 4th, 2010 9:29 pm

let me ask you something…..still WE the people…right.??
cause if there is a new way….il be the first in line….and it better work this time…

  25. Cliner98 on May 4th, 2010 9:34 pm

I’m not so sure at this point that the states taking any power back from the feds will do any good, nor am I certain many states will even do that. I mean, look at the crop of corrupt imbeciles in even state governments. Most of them are exactly the same as those in D.C.
