(filmed @ Tempe, Arizona and RIP George Carlin [Rufus] ) With only a few days before their high-school graduation, Bill S. Preston, esquire and Ted ‘Theodore’ Logan are doomed to flunk out of school. The history teacher, Mr. Ryan, decides to give Bill and Ted a chance. If they can ace an oral exam on the topic of how a famous historical personality might react to modern times, they will be allowed to pass. If not, Ted’s father will place Ted in military school, thereby disbanding the Wyld Stallyns, the heavy metal band that was formed by Bill and Ted. Bill and Ted get help from an unexpected source: Rufus, an Emissary from the Future. It seems that in Rufus’ time, Bill and Ted’s music is the basis of all existence, and if the Wild Stallyns are disbanded, Rufus’s world will no longer exist. Bill and Ted are whisked off in a time machine to retrieve a few historical characters for their oral exam so they can pass, but Bill and Ted soon discover that finding the historical characters and getting them to the high school won’t be easy.

The vast untouched grassy plains of the unique Massai Mara extend far beyond the horizon and seem to go on forever in what is the most important Nature Reserve in Kenya. An estimated 1.4 million wildebeest inhabit the picturesque mosaic of small hills and forests that line the riverbanks and huge grass covered plains of the Massai Mara which is one of the most animal-rich regions in the world. More than half a million gazelle roam the magnificent plains of the savannah and herds of zebra are also to be found in great numbers, a sight that conjures up Africa, safaris and exotic wildlife. For many years, Monument Valley and its distinctive mesas in the northern region of Arizona have become one of the most famous natural landmarks in the USA This glowing landscape owed its initial fame to the American film industry as numerous classic westerns have been filmed amid its striking scenery. The stunning beauty of the area’s spectacular rock needles and towers is a truly remarkable sight. Even though the province of Yunnan, in the southwest of China, is one of the country’s poorest regions, the Stone Forest of Shilin is one of the country’s most beautiful natural treasures. The bizarre rock formations rise up 30 meters into the sky and create numerous fascinating images. The Chinese created some extremely descriptive names for the various rocky areas of Yunnan Shilin, ‘The Cluster of Pinnacles That Supports the Sky’, being one of many colorful names given to the pinnacles. Monument Valley is situated on the border of the North American states of Arizona and Utah in a region of magnificent freestanding sandstone rocks that tower 1000 feet above the desert. More than 200 million years ago, the area was covered by ocean on the bed of which were deep deposits of mud which turned into slate and as the sea bed rose again, the water drained away and cracks and fissures were formed and a vast sandstone plain was created. In the heart of the Navajo Reservation, with its magical rock formations which in the evening sun glow a burning, indelible red, it’s easy to understand why nature played such an important part in the lives of its native inhabitants. A sacred atmosphere can be felt everywhere and the existence of ghosts is suddenly all too possible.
