Dr. Brockway was an employee at The Meadows of Wickenburg and Matt Burne’s attending, direct care doctor while there. After a four day stay at The Meadows, Matt Burne completed suicide while an inpatient. Dr. Brockway documented Matt’s suicidal ideations in his records yet failed to follow The Meadows Policy # NSG 750 specifically written for high risk/suicidal patients.
