Roy was trying to sell a commercial property himself on US 60 for over a year that was listed with another agent.

I had a buyer that was interested in purchasing it and showed them the property. The terms and price were just outside of what the client was able to afford, so we contacted the agent and Roy and together we worked out a solution that enabled the sale to close.
